Week 9 – Blog Categories and Comments

Write a blog post explaining what kinds of categories you would use on your blog to stay organized and reach your target audience. How would these categories help the business grow?

To maintain my focus and be organized, I would create these categories:

·      Real Estate

·      Real Estate Tips

·      Market Trends

·      Market News

·      Mortgage

·      Home Improvements

·      Buying

·      Selling

·      Foreclosure

Each of these categories is a distinct topic that a viewer will be able to easily navigate through my blog to find posts that they are specifically interested in. It’s efficient, effective and a time saving approach. It’s also advantageous to me as a reminder that I should stay current with what is happening in the real estate industry, continue to provide valuable information to my customers, and share any updates on what is happening in the current real estate market.
